This hotel is perfectly atop a cliff, offering stunning views of the surrounding rainforest. The location in the forest is ideal for nature lovers, with well-maintained bush walks right on the doorstep. The rooms may be basic, but they have nice views and a charming glamping-like feel with shared bathroom facilities. The breakfast served on the good-sized deck is of great quality and comes with amazing views.
The hotel could benefit from improving the room service.

Spent xmas at a hotel surrounded by nature with amazing views. Loved the fact they offered guided walks with knowledgeable guides and yoga classes that were reasonably priced. The location was perfect, close to national park walks and in the heart of a beautiful forest. We also enjoyed the library with its cozy fireplace.
Despite being overpriced the food was far from tasty or abundant, and the service left much to be desired. There was also no entertainment or festive atmosphere on this important day.

Convenient location, close to major attractions and transport links. Great value for money and comfortable rooms.
Limited facilities, such as no gym or pool. the decor is a bit dated and could use some updating to give it a more modern feel.

the location on the Gold Coast provided us with breathtaking views of the surrounding rainforest and mountains. We were able to explore the national forest and enjoy invigorating walks and hikes that connected us with nature. the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the shared bathroom facilities were well-maintained. the staff provided friendly and accommodating service, and the homely food options, especially the delicious desserts, were a delightful treat.
The lack of communication from the staff regarding a wedding that was taking place on the premises. the noise from the celebration went on until late at night, disrupting our sleep and unexpected for a weekday stay.
